This past weekend, DIAGEO celebrated Howard University Homecoming in Washington, D.C., honoring the legacy and pride of “The Mecca.” Through its Show Your HBCU Spirit initiative, DIAGEO continues to invest in HBCUs by bringing communities together with its iconic brands, including Casamigos, Smirnoff, and Tanqueray, while supporting long-term success through permanent endowments and its Learning Skills for Life program.
The weekend’s celebrations included DIAGEO’s support of marquee Howard Homecoming events. On October 24, The Jae Murphy Show Concert featuring K Camp and Roscoe Dash brought energy to The Fillmore, followed by an exclusive after-party at HQ that kept the festivities going. The following day, alumni, students, and friends gathered for the Off The Yard Festival at The Bullpen, where notables like comedian Desi Banks and hip-hop artist Lady London made special appearances to celebrate the spirit of Howard. Roscoe Dash and others took the stage by storm.
