2016 Tony Awards Make History!

For the first time in history, all four musical acting awards went to people of color at the Tony Awards on Sunday.

Leslie Odom Jr.(Best Actor in a leading role in a musical), Renee Elise Goldsberry (Best Actress in a featured role in a musical) and Daveed Diggs(Best Actor in a featured role in a musical) all won for their outstanding performances in Hamilton.

Cynthia Erivo (Best Actress in a leading role in a musical) took home a Tony for her role as Celie in The Color Purple.
