On Friday, April 20, the Academy for Excellence in Athletics & Academics presents its second annual Crossroads Gala for underserved and underrepresented students. Evening activities include a reception, dinner, live entertainment and dancing.
While dining and mixing at Crossroads Gala 2018, guests will enjoy listening and dancing to the music and songs of your favorite artists, featuring by Soul, R&B and Funk band, Captain Morgan-Lee and the Village of K.O.R.E.; jazz band, the New Vision; and “The Music Provider,” DJ Tony Wiggins.
Crossroads Gala 2018 takes place at the Doubletree Hotel in Mission Valley. Crossroads’ guests can take advantage of the Academy’s discounted Group Room rate and stay overnight at the hotel on Thursday, April 19, and/or Friday, April 20. The cutoff date for the discounted room rate is April 4.
