Beat the Heat: Cucumber, strawberry and mint water drink

Do you find it challenging to drink the recommended eight glasses of water every day?  Try this fun recipe to make a refreshing, zero-calorie cucumber, strawberry and mint water.  It looks and tastes good, it helps your body detox and flushes you out.



1) On a cutting board slice cucumbers and strawberries into thin slices.

2)  Place sliced cucumber, strawberry and mint at the bottom of glass pitcher

3) Fill Pitcher to the top with cubed or crushed ice.

4) Add water.

5) Pour yourself a glass or iced cold refreshing, cucumber, strawberry and mint water.
