Open Positions
Regional Behavioral Health Clinical Services Clinician
Location: North County Probation Office
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually
Reports To: Chief Programs Officer
What You’ll Do
- Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to probation-involved youth and families
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans within 5 business days
- Deliver individual and family therapy services
- Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and resource connections
- Collaborate with Probation Officers and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in ongoing training (TF-CBT, ARC, Seeking Safety, MI, MLMC)
- Ensure compliance with County, agency, and HIPAA standards
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in a related field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, MFT, etc.)
- Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience with at-risk or justice-involved youth
- Experience with trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to meet all licensing and clearance requirements (background check, TB test, CPR/First Aid, valid CA driver’s license, etc.)
MST Program Supervisor
Location: Community-Based (San Marcos or South County, based on caseload)
Salary: $88,000 – $100,000 annually
Reports To: MST Program Manager
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coach MST therapists through weekly group and individual supervision
- Ensure adherence to MST treatment principles
- Manage team caseloads, referrals, and scheduling
- Provide 24/7 crisis consultation support
- Conduct staff evaluations and support professional development
- Collaborate with MST leadership to improve program outcomes
- Maintain a small caseload (1–2 families)
- Represent the program in court, community meetings, and stakeholder engagements
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in a related clinical field
- Licensed in California (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) with 2+ years post-licensure
- Experience treating adolescents with serious behavioral challenges
- Background in family therapy, CBT, and behavioral interventions
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide crisis support as needed
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid CA driver’s license and required certifications/clearances
