(San Diego) OnΒ December 24, 2013, Β Shaback Incorporated & Dr. Netreia D. Carroll hosted its 19th Annual Christmas Extravaganza atΒ Market Creek Plaza.Β The organization’s goal was to share 250,000 gifts, resources, and necessities with 8,000 low income residents all residing in San Diego. Β Many families received computers, groceries, bikes, free dining certificates and Christmas trees. Β The organization believes that Β it takes a villageΒ to change the community – and with that mindset, thisΒ event not only embraced all cultures, but sparked hope andΒ social change.
