NEW YORK, NY – January 28, 2016 – Premium TV network, EPIX, will be celebrating and honoring Black History Month with a month-long programming tribute showcasing some of the most remarkable African-American stories. Tune into EPIX every Monday night starting February 1 at 8:00 PM ET/PT (full schedule below) for inspiring films and documentaries that includes the Oscar-nominated historical drama film, Selma. Additionally, EPIX DRIVE-IN will also be honoring Black History Month with a month-long tribute to Pam Grier, the original Foxy Brown. Get lost in some of her greatest and iconic films that crossed racial and ethnic lines during the β€œso called Blaxploitation era.” You can catch all of the action with an all-day movie marathon on Saturday, February 13, beginning at 7:30 AM ET/PT (Sneak peakΒ schedule below of EPIX’S “Black History Month” Programming).
