The 2025 San Diego County Fair is going to the dogs—and cats, and more! Held at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in partnership with the San Diego Humane Society, this year’s theme is a “Summer Pet-tacular,” promising even more fun and furry excitement for fairgoers of all ages.
While the fair is all about celebrating our beloved pets, for safety reasons, general admission pets are not permitted on the fairgrounds. However, select pet-friendly events—including agility courses, contests, and a lively pet parade—will be open to pre-registered participants.
Mark your calendars: the fair runs from June 11 to July 6, and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Don’t miss out on the paw-some fun!
