Recipe: Avocado dip does a body good

After hearing reports which suggest that eating avocados daily can improve bad cholesterol levels in overweight people, we’re guessing it’s safe to say guacamole dip is now considered eating clean.

Yes, avocados does a body good!

With Super Bowl 2015,  and other types of party planning in the works,  we invite you to try out one of our favorite guacamole dip recipes.

Tips on choosing the perfect avocado: Check for ripeness by gently pressing the outside of the avocado. If it’s too hard, the avocado is not ripe yet and will not taste as good. If there is softness on the outside, the avocado is ripe. If it’s too soft, the avocado may be overly ripe.

Guacamole dip is always a party favorite.
